Distilled in 2009, this Strathmill single malt was matured for 11 years in a rejuvenated STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) red wine cask, that was then seasoned with Oloroso sherry. Red fruits galore in here! Just 321 bottles were released by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited series.
Orange chocolate and spicy oak, with candied ginger and oily nuts.
Plum crumble, bramble fruit and citrus with a dusting of cocoa.
Mocha on a toasty finish of toasted nuts.
