A 10 year old Strathmill single malt, independently bottled by James Eadie. This one was distilled in 2008 and was aged until 2018 when it was drawn from a single re-charred hogshead cask before it was bottled at a cask strength 59.3% ABV. It's a release of 266 bottles.
Bourbon-cask vanilla richness, white chocolate, golden barley lead with aromatic citrus peels and herbaceous undertones.
Medium-body with a good sweetness from Bramley apple, vanilla sugar and gingerbread. Melted butter, heather and black cherry form the backdrop.
Notes of liquorice and fragrant woods remain.
