Description

A 34-year-old single grain from Strathclyde, bottled at 41% with natural colour and no chill filtration. A great reminder of how rewarding well-aged grain can be, it's another fine botling from Thompson Bros.

Nose

Charred banana bread, vanilla pods, Linzer biscuits, citrus, orchard fruit and floral wine hints.

Palate

Plum syrup, crème de pêche, herbal tea, camphor, toasted coconut and cereal warmth.

Finish

Long, warm and rum-like with soft tropical sweetness.
