A tremendous single cask grain whisky we're delighted to have bottled, distilled in December 1985 and bottled on 12th May 2016. It spent over three decades in a single ex-bourbon barrel that yielded 140 litres of tasty well-aged grain whisky.
Very creamy and nice and spicy with banana milkshake, caramel and gypsy tart!
More of that evaporated milk and muscovado goodness, wood spices and treacle.
Fudge and molasses.
This is like desert in a glass, almost finished the bottle, next one on the way.
Delicious. Very nice indeed.
