A single bourbon barrel kept this single grain from Strathclyde safe for over a quarter of a century, after it was distilled back in 1993. At 26 years old The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it up for The Cooper's Choice series, with an outturn of 235 bottles at 52.5% ABV, bursting with tropical creaminess.
Banoffee pie and toasted wood, with creamy vanilla in tow.
Coconut cream and fresh hay, followed by spicy oak and banana milkshake.
