Tasty single grain whisky from Strathclyde! It was distilled back in November 1992, and placed into a bourbon barrel for over a quarter of a century. When it was 26 years old, Claxton's cracked open the cask and bottled the whisky at 50.6% ABV, with a limited release of 199 bottles.
Caramelised brown sugar, with banana pancakes, a touch of berry sweetness and creamy vanilla.
Creamy grain sweetness, with vanilla shortbread, baking spice and a touch of fresh grass.
Vanilla custard, more banana and caramel.
