Bourbon
Well-matured single grain from the Strathclyde Distillery, aged in a bourbon barrel for 26 years, from August 1993 to February 2020. Following that lengthy slumber, it was independently bottled by The Single Cask, with a small outturn of 191 bottles.
Banana, toasted almonds and shortbread.
Chocolate ice cream and digestive biscuits, red berry, cinnamon and ginger.
Lasting spicy oak and some tangy citrus.
