This comes presented as part of their Octave range, and was been treated to a finishing period in a reconstructed Sherry wood octave cask before bottling. A release of just 88 bottles.

Nose
Creamy caramel, dotted with raisin and pear.
Palate
Milk chocolate coins (like what you used to get for Christmas) and cinnamon bark.
Finish
Brown sugar and a touch of green banana.
