This English single malt whisky is presented by the Stonehouse Brewery and Distillery in Shropshire. The whisky spent five years maturing in a cask that previously held Jack Daniel's before it was treated to a finish in a sauternes wine cask. A release of 333 bottles.
Hints of golden syrup and elderflower on the nose, with a taste of honey, fresh apricot and pear.
