Description
The third release of Stirling Distillery's The Cashly from the Sons of Scotland series, celebrating distilleries that have long since closed. This 14-year-old Highland single malt was distilled in 2008 and matured in a single hogshead until 2022, when 300 bottles were drawn.

Nose
Sweet hay, with some heather honey, and orchard fruits.
Palate
Crisp apples, with oaky vanilla, and lemon curd.
Finish
Green pepper spice and warming ginger.
