The Cashly (Sons of Scotland) (Fourth Release)
The fourth release here from Stirling Distillery's The Cashly (Sons of Scotland) series. It's a Highland single malt Scotch whisky that was distilled back in 2016 and matured in a single bourbon cask until it was filled into 250 bottles at 50% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Vanilla custard, bonfire embers, candied ginger, orange peel, apple, and biscuity malt.
Palate
Jammy red fruits, honeyed nuts, white pepper, earthy peat, mint chocolate, and treacle.
Finish
Smoky and sweet.
