
This Danish single malt whisky from Stauning spent five years maturing in a bourbon cask between 2017 and 2022. The cask was opened by The Heart Cut, independently releasing a total of 371 bottles.
Cinder toffee and beach bonfire, candied ginger, poached apples, and vanilla.
Dried orange wheels, sticky barbecue sauce, biscuity malt and dark chocolate.
Sweet, runny toffee lingers, with honeyed dates and sweet peat.
