Description
Heart Cut #15 is a Starward single malt Australian whisky matured in a fresh red wine barrique from the Barossa, much like Heart Cut #14. But this time, it’s French oak calling the shots, a spicier and more tannic variety than its American cousin. Used fresh and filled fast, it gives whisky structure, finesse, and depth – and here, it shows Starward’s more refined side without losing any of its bold character.

Nose
Cherry blossom, rosewater, and strawberry laces, balanced by blackcurrant leaf and a gentle earthiness.
Palate
Sticky toffee pudding, creamy macadamia, and hints of white cherries and candied ginger.
Finish
Cinnamon, cacao, and a touch of dried rose petals.
