Indie bottler Adelphi got hold of a splendid cask of heavily peated German single malt whisky from St. Kilian here! Distilled in 2017, the whisky spent five years maturing in a first-fill Madeira cask, yielding an outturn of 351 bottles when it was opened in 2024, without added colour or chill filtration.
