A 12 year old single malt from the English Whisky Co., independently bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Just like the English Whisky Co.'s logo, the label of this one features a knight bravely facing down a fierce dragon, presumably going after its treasure, which seems to include a chest full of whisky bottles, and the greatest prize of all – a chicken roasting on a spit.

Batch 3 is a release of 299 bottles.
