Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Biscuit-y malt and freshly ground nutmeg, backed up by spicy peat and salted peanuts.
Palate
Waves of rich honey start things off, followed by more baking deliciousness in the shape of Victoria sponge. Rye crackers, apricot and quince. A good waft of toasty smoke brings it all together.
Finish
Macadamia nuts, pear, sultana and coastal air.
