A very exciting bottling simply by virtue of being 25 year old Springbank single malt - but wait, there's more! This Kingsbury independent bottling of 25 year old Springbank was drawn from a Cognac cask! Incredibly intriguing indeed. Only 161 bottles were produced.
Freshly-made pancakes with chocolate sauce, oatcakes, toasted grains, tobacco and mince pie filling.
Brandy snaps and salted butter, with a good whiff of charcoal in the background.
Roasted almond, stewed berries, a touch of smoked ham.
