Springbank 23 Year Old 1997 (cask 289) - Renaissance Collection (The Whisky Baron) 70cl

A really rather impressive single malt from the Springbank Distillery, independently bottled by the Whisky Baron (who we assume is the person with the fancy hat on the label). It was distilled in Campbeltown back in 1997, and aged in a single sherry cask for 23 years, before being bottled up at 54.6% ABV. Just 553 bottles were produced as part of The Whisky Baron's Renaissance Collection.
