Indie Springbank - always an exciting thing to hear! This one is an 18 year old single malt from the distillery in Campbeltown, matured in a refill sherry cask from May 1998 to 2016. Just 300 bottles were produced for The Cooper's Choice range.

Nose
Christmas spices, black tea smokiness and a vegetal hint of thistle.
Palate
Orange peel, coastal air, ripe berries, leather and a touch of shortbread.
Finish
Chocolate truffle, green olive and lasting oak.
