Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.
Palate
Building complexity, with notes of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.
Finish
Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
