Springbank 10 Year Old 2015 - Fino Cask Matured
The fourth release in a five-part sherry series, Springbank 10 Year Old - Sherry Fino has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks. It was bottled at 55% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.
Palate
Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge.
Finish
Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.
