This is a fantastic offering from Springbank, limited to 9,000 bottles. It's matured in very small casks and predictably tastes a lot older than its 10 years.

Caramel sweetness with honey and milk chocolate. It smells wonderfully thick and spicy - nutmeg and cloves.
Huge in the mouth with a succulent honey sweetness. Lots of depth in the form of muscovado sugar and more chocolate.
Smooth and creamy vanilla.
A big whisky that belies its young age. A deliciously easy drinking dram.
This harks back to the springbank 10 of old, bold and big with the characteristic Springbank traits. It is a little pricey, but it is after all a limited release, and is highly recommended.
