Green Spot Quails' Gate Pinot Noir Finish
In this limited edition of Green Spot, the triple distilled, single pot still Irish whiskey has been finished in pinot noir casks from Canada's Quails' Gate winery. Located in the Okanagan Valley, Quails' Gate is renowned for its pinot noirs, which lend plenty of red berry, wine influence to the Green Spot profile we know and love.

Nose
Summer berries, with juicy cherry, plum, cacao nibs, woody spices, and vanilla fudge.
Palate
Soft winter spices – cinnamon, nutmeg and clove – dried red berries, raisin studded apple chutney, with oaky vanilla.
Finish
Sweet spices linger, along with red wine, and fruit notes.
