A Spirit Still bottling of Burnside blended malt, aged for 18 years before being bottled at cask strength. A few whisky aficionados will know that Burnside is the name of a teaspooned whisky, made almost completely with single malt from one distillery, along with a drop of whisky from another distillery. This means it can't be sold as a single malt, or sold under the name of either distillery.

Butter and honey on toasted white bread, fresh peaches and pear juice contrast with vanilla and nutty notes of almonds and hazelnuts.
Sweet and zesty, with tropical fruits such as dried pineapple and papaya contrasted with candied orange peel. Rich and creamy crème caramel and honey followed by a sprinkle of spices and white pepper.
A lengthy finish full of sweet, creamy, zesty notes.
