A W.M. Cadenhead bottling of 25 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery (in Speyside, obviously). It was released as part of the Small Batch range, with 624 bottles produced.
Honey-glazed ham, toasted barley, hints of dark chocolate mousse.
Cookie dough with raisins and chopped cherries. Meaty malt notes start up again, now with smoked oak in tow.
Quite spicy on the finish with pepper and ginger.
