A Càrn Mòr bottling of single malt from the Speyside distillery in the eponymous region, matured in a single Sherry butt. This was distilled in November 1991 and aged for 25 years (also known as quarter of a century, or half of a half of a century, or other time-based fractions) until February 2017. 533 bottles were released as part of the Celebration of the Cask range.
Poached orchard fruit with a generous handful of red berries thrown in to the mix. A spicy core of old oak.
Cinnamon-dusted apples and gooseberries. Caramel and chocolate.
Soft hints of roasted coffee beans.
