This is a 13 year old single cask from the Speyside distillery. It was distilled in the Winter of 1999 before a maturation in refill hogshead 9215. It was bottled for the Provenance range in Autumn 2012.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh and grainy nose with a touch of spice and steamed pudding.
Palate
Sweet palate entry with soft cinnamon and creamy vanilla custard. Grainy and rich.
Finish
Dry finish with hints of honey and lemon zest.
