Description
A seven-year-old single malt from Speyside Distillery, matured exclusively in bourbon casks. The casks bring vanilla, orchard fruit, and gentle sweetness while leaving plenty of room for the distillery’s light, clean spirit character.

Nose
Pear drops, lemon zest, vanilla, fresh barley, and white flowers.
Palate
Green apple, vanilla cream, sweet malt, citrus, and gentle pepper.
Finish
Clean and softly sweet, with orchard fruit, vanilla, and pale oak.
