SPEY Trilogia 10 Year Old
A limited edition single malt from Speyside Distillery, matured entirely in bourbon casks for 10 years. Trilogia was released as the distillery’s Signature expression and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour. The bourbon maturation keeps things bright and approachable, with pear, boiled sweets, mint, cream soda, and a neatly peppery edge.

Nose
Fresh pear, spearmint, boiled sweets, vanilla, and pale malt.
Palate
Orchard fruit, cream soda, white pepper, vanilla fudge, and soft oak.
Finish
Buttery and smooth, with sweet malt, pear, gentle spice, and vanilla.
