The SPEY Tenné is a single malt from the Speyside Distillery, owned by Harvey's of Edinburgh. It is initially aged in bourbon casks before enjoying a 6 month finishing period in Tawny Port casks, giving a subtle ruby hue and vibrant, fruit-filled flavour profile.
I really enjoyed this malt, my new favourite.
This is gorgeous stuff, the other comments cover it pretty much, great value, beautiful flavours. One word of warning, don't leave it around if family are staying, it has a tendency to disappear...... Not the bottle just the contents lol
Bought based on reviews. Young and a bit fiery, malty and sweet but no depth. Rose colour looks rather odd but other than the colour the port hasn't had time to do anything interesting. limited release of, wait for it, 18000 bottles! It's okay but I wouldn't buy it again.
My favourite. Can not better it for anywhere close to the same price.
Pleasant surprise as a received gift. Flavor and taste is excellent. I will buy this again.
