That means Tawny in Gaelic, which is a nice coincidence given the hefty cask strength whisky is finished in Tawny Port casks. Expect punchy, fruity, and chocolatey goodness in this underrated sipper from Speyside Distillery.
Through woody tannins comes dried fruit, toffee apples, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Black Forest gâteau, almonds, and oak spice with some silky caramel throughout.
Long and full of rich spice and jammy fruits.
