The Speyside Distillery released this special edition of its Chairman's Choice single malt for the 2025 Spirit of Speyside Festival. Distilled in September 2010, this expression spent the next 14 years maturing, including a finish in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, yielding an outturn of 370 bottles when it was opened in April 2025.
Aromas of figs, dark chocolate, and spiced orange peel.
A symphony of flavours—sticky toffee pudding, dates, and warming nutmeg—enhanced by a velvety texture.
Long and indulgent, with lingering notes of raisins, oak, and a touch of cinnamon.
