A 7 year old Speyburn single malt, drawn from a pair of hoggies which were filled in 2009 and cracked open in 2017. This was independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited range, with 730 bottles produced.
Sawdust, bruised mint, lemon zest and grist.
Vanilla develops on the palate, with a hint of orange oil and nutty malt.
Spicy cardamom and clove, alongside a sweet touch of liquorice.
