Independently bottled Speyburn, distilled in 1991 (the same year that the distillery's current owner, Inver House, bought Speyburn) and bottled in 2015 by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A small pile of vanilla pods beside a half-peeled orange (sounds like we're describing a surrealist painting).
Palate
Sweet with grist and toasted sugar. A little hint of fruity tea.
Finish
More orange and fresh berries.
