A 18 year old single malt from Speyburn, which has been independently bottled for the Mackillop's Choice range. This was was filled into a single cask back in May 2001, and set aside to slumber until March 2020, when it was bottled with an outturn of just 138 bottles.
Sawdust, grapefruit freshness, apple and a touch of leather.
White grapes, oily hops, honey and milky coffee.
Lime cordial and waxy citrus peels, subtly nutty at points.
