A Hepburn's Choice bottling of 10 year old single malt from the Speyburn distillery, aged in a single refill butt. This was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017 by Langside with an outturn of 795 bottles.
Chopped mint leaf, cut grass, honey and cider apple.
Citrus peels, oily malt, earthy vanilla and crunchy brown sugar.
Herbaceous, with hints of fennel and thyme.
