Crafted as a tribute to Cornwall’s mining heritage, this Wild Cornish Coast whisky was matured in virgin oak before spending time in both Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and honey bourbon barrels. The result is a characterful dram bottled at 40% ABV, brimming with Cornish spirit and a nod to the tin mines of old.

Nose
Butterscotch and vanilla lead, joined by dried fruits, toasted oak, and a hint of tobacco leaf.
Palate
Soft layers of honeyed sweetness and sherry richness, with caramel, sultanas, and gentle spice sitting on a smooth bourbon base.
Finish
Balanced and warming, with lingering dried fruit, vanilla cream, and a wisp of tobacco.
