Sonoma Distilling Co. specialises in making local and sustainable spirits from non-GMO grains. Their very own bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of 70% corn, 25% wheat, and 5% malted barley, distilled in direct-fire heated copper stills.

Nose

Freshly baked cornbread, vanilla and a sharp hint of sandalwood.

Palate

Smoky roasted vanilla, toffee popcorn, coffee and rich bitter dark chocolate.

Finish

A short and dry finish, though pepper spice lingers slightly.

The Bourbon That Makes All Others Insignificant

This Bourbon is divine ?

The most favourite bourbon I tasted so far!

Nose: sweetcorn, maple syrup, light oak, vanilla, a whiff of acetone, lovely spice. Palate: spicy alcohol, sweet toffee, a hint of malt, lightly roasted coffee. Finish: lip-smacking toffee, syrup, a touch of wood and lingering spice. Drink neat.
