Coastal, peated Smögen single malt Swedish whisky matured in a single ex-Bordeaux cask! It spent 5 fruitful years in there, with an outturn of 424 bottles.

Nose
Red fruit, a touch of black pepper and sea salt, some rich dark caramel.
Palate
Petrichor, coastal peat, fruit preserves, smoke and spice.
Finish
Smoky seaside tapenade or baba ghanoush.
