Slipknot No.9 Red Cask
American heavy metal band Slipknot has been teaming up with its fellow Iowa natives at Cedar Ridge Distillery to create whiskey for the last few years. This edition is made up of aged bourbon and rye whiskeys which have been finished for an additional year in estate-owned, red wine casks.

Nose
Oak spice, red berries, musty leather, and a good helping of caramel.
Palate
Creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, sweet cinnamon, and dried cherries.
Finish
Toffee apples, oak char, and clove.
