A mystery blended malt Scotch whisky lovingly bottled by Single Cask Nation, drawn from a single sherry butt. Not far from its birthday, it was bottled at nine years old in May 2019 at an eye-watering 65.4% ABV, with an outturn of just 654 bottles.
Melted white chocolate and a distinctly hoppy note, with tart lemon curd and the filling of banoffee pie.
Loads of creamy sweetness, with butterscotch, vanilla custard and berries with more white chocolate drizzled over.
Hazelnut praline and milky coffee, with strawberry jam and buttery vanilla biscuits.
