Distilled at an undisclosed Orkney distillery in 2009, this single malt whisky matured for 13 years in a medley of casks, until is was bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: Lemon curd and oaky vanilla intertwine with peppery spice.
Palate: Sweet hay, floral honey, candied ginger, and warming allspice.
Finish: Crumbly shortbread, with drying oak.
