This single malt from an unnamed Orkney distillery joins the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years in hogsheads, the single malt Scotch was bottled in 2022, naturally coloured and, yep, without any chill filtration.
Warm oak, with vanilla, oatcakes, and some candied lemon peel.
Creamy malt, with drizzles of caramel, and some zingy ginger.
Nutty malt with peppery spices.
