Unnamed Orkney 12 Year Old 2006 (casks 17/A62 11 & 12) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

This mysterious whisky was distilled in 2006 at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney. We do know, however, that it then spent 12 years in a pair of hogsheads, before it was independently bottled in February 2019 for Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Luckily there are only two distilleries on Orkney, so narrowing down which mystery distillery this single malt was produced at shouldn't be too much of a problem...
