A secretive single malt from an unnamed Orkney distillery, which should narrow it down a bit, well that, and the initials 'HP' on the label. This whisky was distilled in 2005 and spent 15 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt before Signatory Vintage bottled it, without colour or chill filtration, for its Cask Strength Collection. Only 596 bottles of this one.
