This single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Orkney is 100 Proof Edition #15, a fine addition to an excellent range from Signatory Vintage. Like every whisky in this series, it's presented at 57.1% ABV (or 100 proof) without colouring or chill-filtration. It was also matured in first-fill casks – oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads in this case.
