Signal Hill presents a limited edition batch of its Canadian whisky, bottled at a hearty 56.3% ABV. Distilled from a mash bill of corn and barley, the whisky is aged in new white oak casks, first-fill bourbon casks, and Canadian whisky casks for a rich, full-bodied profile that ought to shine in a Maple Old Fashioned.

Nose
Caramel and candied pecans join cinnamon snaps, vanilla, nutmeg, and woody spice.
Palate
Rich and sweet with butterscotch, caramelised nuts, vanilla, poached stone fruits, and buttery pastry, with toasted oak and gentle spice beneath.
