Description
Sierra Norte's White Corn whiskey is made up of a mash bill of 85% native Oaxacan white corn and 15% malted barley. It's aged in French oak before being bottled at 45% ABV, full of those buttery corn notes and plenty of spice.

Nose
Barbecued corn, cooked banana, ripe pear and buttery caramel.
Palate
Apricot jam, peaches and vanilla cream, sweet popcorn and caramelised nuts.
Finish
A hit of spice, with cardamom, black pepper and more sweet popcorn.
