The distilleries selected are all regarded to be pioneers in sustainability for their attempts to make a difference with planet-positive actions, in the case of Shortcross it's the use of green power from solar energy.

Nose

This Irish Pot Still explodes out of the glass with an incredible array of fruits. Notes of dried pineapple and mango, grapefruit fizz, and lemon oil all astound the senses.

Palate

The palate shows a masterful balance of wood and fruity distillate. The powerful, oak-driven vanilla flavour integrates perfectly with honeyed tropicality from the spirit.
