Shizuoka 2018 (bottled 2022) Ex-Bourbon Cask (cask 2018-323) - World Symphony Series 70cl Whisky

From one of Japan's youngest distilleries (Shizuoka opened in 2017) comes this peated single malt distilled on 12 December 2018 (using the wash stills brought over from Karuizawa, no less), matured in a single bourbon barrel, and bottled in May 2022.
